Alkaline food is very important in cleansing the body naturally. I’m always asked why? Well when we consumed them they keep the ph level arounf 7.4 which then keeps the body in check. It is recommended that we include in our diets around 80% of alkaline food. Well the next question is what foods are good for Alkaline cleansing? Take a look at the list below.

I found this really cool site that has a water catalyst that basically fixes all acidic bottled water like Dasani and Fiji and others. It is a concentrate. You just put 5 or 6 drops in the bottle and shake. If you then test it, you will find the pH has risen to about 8 to 8.5. Not only that, but the micro-cluster size of the water molecules is smaller. This means that the water will make everything you eat more bioavailable! Nutrition is increased as well as waste elimination! You can put some of the drops in an “eye dropper” and pack it with you where ever you go!
