Stick to salads, fresh vegetables and healthy nuts and oils.  Try to consume plenty of raw foods and at least 2-3 litres of clean, pure water daily (ideally enhanced with pH drops).

General Guidance:

Steer clear of fatty meats, dairy, cheese, sweets, chocolates, alcohol and tobacco.  Packaged foods are often full of hidden offenders and microwave meals are full of sugars and salts.  Over cooking also removes all of the nutrition from a meal!

Eating these types of Alkaline food in our everyday diets are very easy to condiering some are snack foods that we can eat on the fly.

The FIVE main benafits are:

    High Energy

  1. Acidic blood levels drain the body of its energy. Consuming alkaline foods restores the optimal pH levels in the blood and lead to increased energy production.
  2. Weight Loss

  3. If the body consumes too much acidic food, the fat cells will store excess fat. Alkaline foods help the body’s cells function efficiently and keep the body from storing fat.
  4. Mental Clarity

I found this really cool site that has a water catalyst that basically fixes all acidic bottled water like Dasani and Fiji and others. It is a concentrate. You just put 5 or 6 drops in the bottle and shake. If you then test it, you will find the pH has risen to about 8 to 8.5. Not only that, but the micro-cluster size of the water molecules is smaller. This means that the water will make everything you eat more bioavailable! Nutrition is increased as well as waste elimination! You can put some of the drops in an “eye dropper” and pack it with you where ever you go!

It’s ideal for travelling or business!
