Each morning take a full 8 oz glass of “cold” water, milk or juice and stir in 1 packet of protein mix.

Almost the same as above only each morning I start with 4 oz glass of water only. No packets of protein.

Next mix in 1 heaping table spoon flax seed first

Then lastly mix in 1 heaping table spoon of psyllium husk really quickly then gulp it down before it gels up.

Then I fill the glass with 40z of cold water again and swish around what’s left in the glass and gulp it down.

A side note, you will want to wash the glass out right away because if you leave it the gelled psyllium husk will dry to the sides of the glass and be very difficult to wash off later.

Consuming different high dietary fiber ingredients in your diet will help end your constipation issues also but taking psyllium husk will help your blood cholesterol levels making you feel better also.
