The Colon An Easy Explanation
When our bodies process all the different foods we intake all the good parts are extracted leaving waste, toxin, parasites from our natural environment. This waste ends up in the colon, as its primary function is to store this waste. While the waste is storing there the colon will, reclaim as much water and salt from the waste as possible, the longer it sits there the harder the waste becomes as it is squeezed dry. It is very important for the waste to be passed out of bodies before the colon starts to extract the toxins in the waste and begins feeding them back into our bodies.
When the colon starts to fill up the body starts to feel tired and sluggish and we develop illness or cramping. Squatting down from a standing position without holding on any thing is great for the colon, why? This action actually uses your thighs to naturally straighten the kinks in the colon releasing the waste allowing it to pass. Not only is this exercise good for the colon it strengths the thigh muscles and improves circulation.
The inside walls of the colon begin to gather build much the same as out teeth gather plaque. This build up on the walls is layers of old toxin filled waste that is just sitting there polluting our bodies from the inside out. These layers of build up have to go. Because the bowel feeds every organ, every tissue, every cell in our bodies when we have toxins the quality of the nutrients is contaminated in turn contaminating the blood, organs, tissues and cells.
