In the article the doctor had a great affect on a womans life due to the fact that she has lost such an extreme amount of weight due to her health advice. There were many key things mentioned in their article for weight loss but one of the most important were 3 foods that you should avoid that will put weight on you quickly and ruin your health.
#1. Sugar
Sugar is not quite as bad as HFCS however, you cannot lose weight properly by eating lots of sugar. Sugar is a definite need of the body but, you should look to get it out of natural fruits such as apples, oranges and bananas. Eating candy and sugary sodas can cause a meltdown in your nervous system and can add flab on you in a short period of time.
#2. Trans Fats
Trans fats are a definite no no because plain and simple your body does not know how to get rid of it.
#3. Enriched (Foods)
Anything that is enriched is totally unnatural and should be avoided. Enriched means that there are man made additives in the food to try to make it healthier.
I found this quite interesting because I’m always asked which foods should I avoid while doing a cleanse.
For a cleanse the single most important ingredient is Psyllium Husk. Psyllium is a great source of soluble fiber and it acts as a great laxative for the stomach.
A simple cleanse drink can consist of 2 tablespoons of the psyllium powder in 8 ounces of water, stir and drink right away, otherwise it will start to expand in the glass and the texture makes it very difficult to drink. If you drink the solution twice a day for the seven day period your body can cleanse itself. A colon cleanse kit has more to offer then this type of cleanse but doing this simple cleanse you will notice that you will have more energy and check the scales because you will lose an extra few pounds quite easily.
